From the Principal's Desk
Clarence Primary, is a learner-centered institution and home to over 1200 learners. Some of our learners come from other African countries hence making us a proudly representative institution. The growing good relationship between its populace, parents, learners, staff and stakeholders bodes well for the future as we approach the 120th anniversary of our school.
A wide range of activities, both academic and extracurricular enable us to ensure a holistic development of all our students thus place higher premium on developing other faculties of our learners. We are counted amongst a few geared towards incorporating technology in all our academic work. We have one of the richest and diverse curriculum offerings within a schooling system.
We cater for the reception class (Grade R) to grade 7 thus preparing learner form the foundation of learning for the secondary education. Our dynamic, caring and committed staff carry themselves with great compassion as they guide our learners through an eight year journey, always filled with love and hopes for a better world.
To ensure enhanced individual attention for some learners we have specialised classes and activities like dedicated reading sessions across all classed linked with a Reading Moms structured for relevance for lower grades. In 2024 the school shall further enhance its Support Class accommodate differentiated Instructions and bridge the learning gabs for the benefit of learners.
We enjoy a wonderful collaboration and relationship with parents and it is through shared vision and effort that we are confident of the future, indeed PROGRESS DEMANDS EFFORT.
