- “Authorisation to pick up” form
- Registration fees and forms apply each year.
- Our aftercare facility is an additional service, therefore fees are compulsory and payable in advance.
- School fees must be given priority.
- Non - payment of aftercare fees will result in the termination of aftercare services for your child.
- Should you wish to discontinue the services of the aftercare, this needs to be formalized in writing, giving the school a month's notice.

CODE OF CONDUCT
- The school's code of conduct applies to Aftercare learners.
- The Principal reserves the right to admission to Aftercare.
HOUSE KEEPING
- Parents to ensure that all items such as clothes, shoes, socks, bags, lunch boxes, juice bottles, stationery etc. are clearly marked with the child name.
- Should an item be lost, please enquire with the supervisor to have a look in the lost property box. The onus, however is on the child to ensure that his/her belongings are kept safely.
- Parents to pack a set of play clothes. Aftercare T - Shirts are compulsory. T - shirts are available at the aftercare office for R100.
- Parents are advised to pack extra lunch as the day is extended.
- A tuckshop is available for a treat. (Chips, sweets, juice)
