At Clarence Primary School, we are committed to providing your child with a high-quality education. We understand that school fees are a crucial part of your child's educational journey. To ensure a smooth fee payment process, please take note of the following important information for the 2025 academic year.
Payment Schedule:

All fees are to be paid by no later than the 1st of every month, from 1 February to 1 November.
Application Process:

To collect application forms, please visit our school office at 20 Mitchell Crescent, Greyville and speak to Ms. B. Kubone. Applications for the following year open in May.
We recommend applying early to secure your child's place and to be in time for our Open Day for new pupils, which is held in July.
Please note that we do not accept online applications or online application requests. Kindly visit the school in person to collect the application forms.
Grade R Fees for 2025:
Tuition Fee: R17000.00 if paid by 28 Feb 2025 - 10% discount (R875 to pay R16125)
Termly: R4350, monthly R1700.00 from 1 Jan – 1 Oct
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID STRICTLY BY THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH FROM 1 FEBRUARY - 1 NOVEMBER.
Grades 1 - 7 Fees for 2025:
Tuition Fee: R14000.00 if paid by 28 Feb 2025 – 10% discount (R1400 to pay R12600)
Termly: R3500, monthly R1400.00 from 1 Jan – 1 Oct.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID STRICTLY BY THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH.
