Launch of our STEM Lab

A Historic Day at Clarence Primary!

Yesterday (2 June 2025), we officially launched our brand-new STEM LAB – Coding and Robotics Room — a major step forward in preparing our learners for the future!

We were honoured to welcome a host of distinguished guests, including Members of Parliament, representatives from the Mayor’s Office, and officials from the Department of Education. A special thanks to the SAMCT directors and board members, who not only attended the event but also generously sponsored the facility. 🙌

We were also privileged to have the Head of Albaraka Bank Durban with us, alongside many principals and dignitaries from the education sector.

Highlights of the day included:

💃 A lovely dance item by our Grade 2 learners

🎶 A beautiful performance by our school choir, who — as always — sang with grace and pride
